Can I take more than one course at a time?
You must schedule a call with our course specialist if you are interested in undertaking courses that may overlap. Please click here.
How do you deliver your programs?
The course will be delivered via an online e-learning platform accessible from your desktop or
mobile device, wherever you are. Once you have successfully registered, you will receive instructions on how to access the content.
What are my payment options for CLI programs?
Full payment — via credit card or bank transfer — must be received before the program start date. If you would like to arrange for a payment plan, please speak to your enrolment officer about available options.
How do I speak with my manager to invest in my training?
Allocate a time, one-on-one, with your manager to raise the topic of professional development. Before your meeting, you should create a list outlining how the training will bring value to both you and the business. Benefits to mention include:
Professional development training ensures you are up to date with industry knowledge and skills.
Your training at CLI will help you develop a strategic understanding of cybersecurity and its implication to broader business and digital transformation goals.
As CLI programs are online, our programs allow you to fit study around your busy schedule, and not the other way around. Online learning also reduces the overall cost.
Develop the leadership skills required to strengthen your relationships with critical stakeholders and the board.
CLI training provides an opportunity to network with cybersecurity professionals which can help improve your organization’s security posture by bringing fresh external insights.
Are there exams, assignments, or tests in any CLI programs?
There are no graded exams or tests for any CLI programs. Each program, however, will have a course project that participants must complete to receive their digital accreditation.
I am registered. Now what?
Once you have registered, you will gain access to the course materials that you can peruse before the course commences. You will receive information via your nominated form of contact regarding start dates and scheduled Zoom calls. If you have further questions, schedule a call with one of our friendly consultants.
How long will I retain access to CLI program materials?
You will retain access to the program’s materials for 12 months or as long as you keep your Premium Membership.
How many students are in a course? Who will be my classmates?
Cohort sizes vary but generally, we like to keep the cohort under 20 participants to provide comprehensive 1:1 support. Your classmates could come from anywhere around the world! You will meet your cohort in the first Zoom call and begin to build connections.
When and how often will my cohort meet?
This depends on which course you register for. You will meet weekly for CLP and CSTP and fortnightly for the EPB. Please click here for more details.
What if I start a program and decide it is not right for me?
We offer a 30-day risk-free guarantee on all of our programs. If you aren't deeply satisfied with the first 30 days of our industry-leading course, simply let us know and we'll give you a full refund.
What should I do if I’m away for a few days?
As the program is self-paced, you may be able to stay on top of the coursework or catch up as required. You can access the course content anytime, anywhere. Please speak to one of our consultants if you will be away during the program and you expect it to impact your learning.
How will people know that I have completed a CLI program?
Once you have fulfilled the specific program requirements, you will receive a Credly digital badge that you can use to showcase your solid grasp of the course content on LinkedIn or other platforms that matter to you. Credly, trusted by several large global brands, hosts the largest and most connected digital credential network.
Can I put your programs toward a professional certificate or degree program?
Completion of the CLP qualifies as CPE for cybersecurity bodies such as ISACA and ISC2. The exact requirements of each certificate body are slightly different; however, completion of the CLP would typically qualify for 20 CPE credits, e.g., for the CISSP, it would be 20 “Group B” CPE credits.
How often are Zoom calls and are they compulsory?
The frequency of Zoom calls depends on which course you are undertaking. You will meet weekly for CLP and CSTP and fortnightly for the EPB. Zoom calls are not compulsory to pass. That said, we encourage students to attend as the calls are highly beneficial.
What if I am unable to attend the scheduled Zoom calls?
The Zoom calls are recorded and posted online so all students may review the meeting.
What happens if I begin a program and am unable to complete it?
If, for any reason, you are unable to complete any program in the recommended time frame, you can request a deferral at no extra cost.
Alternatively, you can ask to be re-enrolled into the next class, should it suit you.If your employer has paid for your course, you may need to seek their approval first.
How can your programs bolster my career options?
